You can go online at coccolarespa.com to order, e-mail or print your gift card, or call us at 337-769-7546 to order by phone. Gift cards are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash, and must be physically on hand when redeemed. We recommend redeeming gift cards within two years.
Please schedule appointments 5 to 7 days in advance to assure that your preferred treatment or therapist is available. Same-day reservations and walk-ins are also welcome when available. Please be prepared to give credit card or gift card information at the time of scheduling.
ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to complete any pre-service paperwork. We provide a luxurious robe and slippers for relaxation in our lounge area, and showers are available for use after massages and body treatments.
Arriving late for a service may require the spa to shorten the length of the treatment with full charges still applied, so as not to inconvenience other guests. Late arrivals for services that are 30 minutes or less will be subject to the cancellation policy.
Coccolare is happy to accommodate parties of four or more. Please be advised that two valid credit cards are required for booking parties, and a 15% gratuity is charged to each member of the party. A five day notice of cancellation is required for group bookings. If you party schedules less than five days all cancellation fees will be applied. $50 deposit required for party room.
Because services are guaranteed reservations, full payment is required for the following conditions: less than 24-hour notification to cancel or to reschedule appointments and missed appointments. This gives us time to replace that appointment for our commission based service providers.
All sales are final on opened products. A full refund will be given on merchandise returned in "Like-New" condition within 15 days with a store receipt. A store credit will be given on merchandise returned in "like-New" condition within 30 days.
