spa etiquette
reservations: 
We encourage you to schedule your appointments five to seven days in advance to ensure your preferred treatment or therapist is available. Same-day reservations and walk-ins are welcome, when available. To schedule your appointment, please call 337-769-7546.
 
arrival and check-in procedure:
We ask that you arrive 30 minutes early to complete any pre-service paperwork. Come and slip into a luxurious robe and slippers and relax in our serene lounge area. Showers are available for use after massages and body treatments.
 
late arrivals:
So other guests are not inconvenienced, arriving late for a service may require the spa to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied.
 
group bookings:
Coccolare Spa is a wonderful setting for your group outing. With advance notice, we can customize your event and provide catering and beverage service. Our multimedia room is perfect for presentations or group meetings. When the business is over, your guests can relax with our vast array of spa treatments.
 
use of cellular phones prohibited:
To ensure a relaxing environment for all guests, we ask that you put your cellular phones and pagers on silent and refrain from using them in the Spa.
 
attire:
Robes and slippers are provided for your comfort and lockers are available for storing personal items. Many guests prefer to be disrobed during body treatments. If you are more comfortable wearing clothing, then please dress to your comfort level.
 
special needs or conditions:
If you have special needs such as medical conditions, pregnancy or product sensitivity, please inform Guest Services at the time that you make your reservation.
 
cancellation policy:
We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy. Because services are guaranteed reservations, full payment is required for the following conditions: Less than 24-hour notification to cancel or to reschedule appointments and missed appointments.
 
gratuities:
Gratuities are not required and are left at your discretion based on your satisfaction of the level of service received from your clinician.
 
giftcards:
Gift cards are non-refundable nor redeemable for cash, but are redeemable for services and retail merchandise. Gift cards must be presented to redeem for services or retail merchandise. Coccolare is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen cards.
